i solved my problem :)
seesmic plugin and wordtube plugin use the same swfobject.js file
but wordtube use 1.4 version and seesmic use 1.5 version
i but replaced 1.4 to 1.5 version in wordtube plugin folder and then the problem is gone
i am better then seesmic support
