Seeing Tweets from people I'm not following!

Every once in awhile I see a Tweet from someone I'm not following! I just got this "KRClive Be my Friend I need all the Friends I Can Get :)" But I'm not following KRClive.

Hi, Twhirl is just a client so it does not get content from anywhere else than the Twitter API. I noticed that too, it is a Twitter API issue sorry we cannot do anything about that. It will be the same with any client. Fortunately not too often. Thanks for using Twhirl.
