Seesmic desktop needs autocomplete for usernames in order to be competitive with TweetDeck.
SD is a superior tool because of support for multiple accounts and better user UI, and is very competitive with TweetDesk now, but lacks a key feature of power users, which is autocomplete when typing a user name as determined by a D for Direct Message or @ for At Reply.
