twhirl 0.8.6 fails to login into identi.ca (401 result)
twhirl 0.8.6 fails to login into identi.ca (401 result), while Firefox 3 has no problem. I'm concerned that some punctuation characters I use might be a problem in twhirl.

Inappropriate?I've even tried changing my password to remove the punctuation characters (strictly alpha-numeric), and I still cannot login to identi.ca using twhirl. Continue to get "Authentication failed! (Status:401)" followed by XML rubbish.
I’m irritable and sneezy.

Inappropriate? While that may be true of today's failure to login to Twitter, my original bug report concerns the identi.ca service, not Twitter.
I’m even more annoyed.

Inappropriate?Ugh. You fixed the twitter login issues today lickety split , but didn't fix identi.ca at the same time. Would have figured this would be the ideal time to resolve this.
I’m pissed.

Inappropriate?I'm using Twhirl 0.8.7, and I also can't login into identi.ca. I hope this gets fixed soon.
I’m sad

Inappropriate?Using 0.9 I FINALLY managed to get connected to my identi.ca account. Don't understand why (fat fingers?), but the identi.ca account name is CASE SENSITIVE. Don't understand how I missed that.
I’m Homer.
