twhirl crashes computer
As soon as install begins it crashes my computer and upon restarting my computer tells me I just recovered from a serious crash. I'm trying to install windows version on an XP system.

Inappropriate?I have the same problem. As soon as I installed twhirl, my computer turned into the blue screen of death and crashed, tried it twice and its still happening. I am using a windows XP as well

Inappropriate?Tom and empty, I would be curious to know if other AIR apps cause this same issue. I suspect the crashing is related to AIR, since there shouldn't be anything in the Twirl program (outside of the AIR framework) that could cause a system error. Any additional information you can send us would really help.

Inappropriate?We've got an AIR app of our own, and have had a small handful of users report the same problem.
It looks like the common thread is AIR...
Perhaps some XP quirk... perhaps something like 64 bit installations?
