Twhirl v.0.8.6 hanging on Mac OSX 10.5.5?
For the last couple of days Twhirl .0.8.6 has started hanging after launch. It loads all the current tweets once, then after that hangs and does not receive any more. Force quitting is only resolution to get it to quit. I deleted all the preference files, to no avail. Nothing has changed on my system as of late so I'm not sure what is causing it.

If you're running 10.5.5, that must have been a fairly recent change on your system? I still need to test AIR/twhirl on 10.5.5
Below is information on where to find your accounts.xml and twhirl.log files. It would be very helpful if you could send these as attachments in an email to support at seesmic dot com These will hopefully help us track down a solution for you.

C:\Documents and Settings\< username >\Application Data\de.makesoft.twhirl.< random >\Local Store
Attention: you need to look for folders ending with < random >. There might be folders without these (called “de.makesoft.twhirl” only); these were created by previous Adobe AIR beta versions and are not used anymore.
