Unable to Record/Share Videos

I am having trouble with the video-posting function.My webcams are fully functioning. But, the red record button does not show up for me even after I establish connection, which means that I cannot record videos. In terms of uploading, although I can get videos to fully upload, I have been unsuccessful in posting them to the site.

How do I share videos on Seesmic?!

P.S. Tried on a Mac and PC. Old Firefox browser and new. And on Internet Explorer. Never gotten it to work.
