Unable to scroll one page at a time via mouse click

I find that when I click on the scrollbar to go down one screen in Twhirl, Twhirl will unfortunately scroll 2+ screens worth of tweets. I don't think it's my mouse; scrolling a page at a time in all other apps seems (web browser, win apps, etc.) seems to work fine. Any ideas what might be up? It's made Twhirl almost unusable for me :-(

DAMN YOU! You are worse than the devil. No, wait, you are worse than being locked in a closet with Vanna White, night after night after night after night! HOW DARE YOU make me scroll too many tweets? This has made me GNASH MY TEETH! It has made me be MEAN TO LITTLE CHILDREN AND OTHER LIVING THINGS!

I HATE HATE HATE HATE what you have done to me! What have I become? What will become of me?!?!?!?!?!?!?

I am crying. No, I am dying. If I were in Singapore now, I would be frying. But to get there, I'd need to be flying. If you asked me for more details, you'd be prying!
