User Interface suggestions
UI suggestions:
On upload, the contrast between the progress bar and the background could be greater. The first time I uploaded I didn't even notice it going across. Also, after the meter reaches 100%, maybe change the Uploading... message to Finishing Upload... or something like that to let the user know it's still working on it and hasn't hung.
Maybe allow the user to take a still or upload an image for their avatar. If this exists I didn't see it (could be made easier to find).

Inappropriate?Oh, and just a quick note - maybe have the signup for seesmic (and possibly other services) ask you if you want to create a getsatisfaction.com account simultaneously - kind of annoying to have to create yet another account just to leave feedback.
