Video says it recording but it does not record.
Sometimes my recorded video is not recorded. This happens many times.

Sorry about that. I believe this was an issue that was solved almost two months ago. Are you still experiencing this problem? If so, can you tell me what OS/Version/Browser you are using? -
Inappropriate?Hello there and thanks for the quick reply. I'm a new user and have not been able to record even a profile ... it looks like it wants to start recording but it has not so far ... thanks for any help you can offer!
OS is MS Windows XT, Browser is Flock v. 1.2.4

I'm sorry to hear that... I'm wondering if you might be able to get a screenshot of what it looks like when you're trying to record? (you can press Command-Shift-3 to take a screen shot, and then upload into Get Satisfaction by clicking "Add an image") Thanks! -

Clicking "Record a video" brings up the message "Establishing connection" and clicking "Start Recording" does nothing!
So how do I record a profile?
