cant add one specific mail to any list
I can't add sevda.demiroglu@abh.com.tr to a mailing list even though it is not already in this list. however ssystem keep telling me that that mail address is already in database. can you help me out?

If the email address you are trying to insert has been unsubscribed, hard bounced or spam complaint received one previously, it will be marked as "passive" in your list and you will no longer be able to re-subscribe it.
