Currently when I try to test a message it throws the error: Could not open socket. I don't get any other information. Anyone else experiencing that?

My partner tried to use the awayfind form to contact me, he used linux and tried on firefox and opera and both times the captcha image did not display for him. attached is a screenshot

logging in (new account) displays an empty page, URL: https://awayfind.com/admin/setup.php

I couldn't even complete the registration, as I got that empty page immediately after http://awayfind.com/register_user.php

Issue on Safari and Camino on mac, tested on different networks.

I at first wanted to report a problem, I now see isn't there:
"I have a hard time getting this site: http://www.awayfind.com/plans.html to show up their 'pop-ups' which show up when hovering over the little arrows with your mouse. ...It just responses really slowly and often doesn't show up at all. Or displays the wrong one, as it is too slow to load it in the first place it seems."

But the problem was more like that the stupid _arrows_ and the connected fields don't do anything or help except for their "checkmark purpose", which could and should be displayed with a checkmark or a simple round "°" instead!
I think we have a 'huge' usability problem here:
It is just that the questionmark area is too small, so why not showing those additional information when hovering over the whole area / field of the matching line/row??

i am using basic plan to try out but I didn't receive auto response form or the contact form. why?

I can't remove the categories I created for my Away Find contact form.
