New Idea for Delegating
Please send emails not from the @awayfind email address but from the defaults email address of the account. Then also allow to add a template when delegating the email.

with templates I mean; having the ability to add some line of text to the email that is sent to the email address. With this, I can for instance delegate stuff to my colleagues but also add a line on why this is sent to them etc.
Hope this makes it a bit more clearer.
