Why cant I get SMS messages on my HElio phone after its already been verified?

I am not getting sent TEXT MESSAGES (SMS) sent to through AWAYFIND. Helio user. Email is coming through fine, no Text messages yet. What can I do? Cell phone has been verified on Awayfind system.
