add unshouted places to favorites
I want to populate my favorites from my laptop so I can easily select places from my phone. But a place has to have a shout before it can be added as a favorite.

Inappropriate?there is a somewhat complicated, technical reason why we don't so this right now; however, I'm going to push the developers to take another look at it, since I've had others request it, too.
