Change shout email format, to be more useful to GMail users

Suggestion: Change the email format to start with the shout message (if any), to save me from having to open most shout emails.

Currently, the message looks like:
>gina shouted from Clyde Common on Jan 04, 2009 6:30 pm.
>
>"Yummy burger!"

Some mailreaders (eg, GMail) show the first line of text in the message list; for shout emails, it's information I already know (since the email subject is the user & place, and the email date is pretty close to the shout date).

I'm suggesting that you put the shout message first - maybe like
>"Yummy burger!"
> -- gina, shouting from Clyde Common on Jan 04, 2009 6:30 pm.

(If there's no messge, the current format's fine.)
