find ui confusing

The question "Where are you now?" at the top of the page should be spatially associated with an opportunity to answer.

I spent several minutes clicking around trying to figure out how to shout not having used the app in awhile. The location search ui at the top doesn't indicate that it will lead to a shouting opportunity. Perhaps this ui element should be moved under the "Where are you now?" question. This would be much more comprehensible.
