make a cart tax-exempt with a flag / hidden variable
It would be really awesome if we could restrict taxes from being calculated on a per-cart basis.
Right now if you sell to both wholesale and retail customers you basically have no choice other than to not collect tax from either and call it included in your prices.
It would be ideal if we could submit tax status in a similar way to cart attributes and notes.
