Problem with the YMCA

I have no idea who I need to talk to. But I would love to talk to someone who would listen to me about what the YMCA and how they handle the no tolerance policies they have. I have worked for the school distict for going on 21 yrs. And had to get hired from the YMCA for the after school program where i had been working for about 7 to 9 yrs already.
