Why has Site5's service declined so much over the last year or 2? including their hosting performance declined?

I have this problem, too! Tell me when someone solves it.
The more people who report this problem, the more it gets noticed.

I got out after leto all but died on it's feet. Moved to hostgator, no regrets!

Yep Leto was before my time and should not have happened. Myself and my partner took Site5 over Oct 2008 and have made a lot of changes and will continue to do so.
