problems with preview mode
I am having several problems with Sitemasher. Added pages are unable to load in the preview mode, parts of the latin phrases from the sample remain on parts of the master page, there is no room to add content blocks despite plenty of room.

I was hoping you could clarify further on some of your issues so I can help solve them for you.
The pages you are unable to load, what was the process you took to create them?
For the latin phrases, are you using one of our blank layouts where you get the option to choose the number of columns? Latin text appears as filler text but you can just go in and delete it from the content block. Latin text could also appear when you drag in a search input but you shouldn't be able to see that in preview.
For your problem with the content block what layout mode are you using for the page? Relative or Absolute?
