Customizing the Post Footer

I would like to customize the post footer. Can you help me do that? Here is the post footer that I have now:

I would love to know how to customize my footer. The footer above is on a TypePad blog at:
http://www.sippey.com/

So obviously, if he can do it, I should be able to do something similar. I would appreciate if you all could tell me how to create something like this for my blogs and how to add it to the stylesheet.
