Google Ads on post NOT through Feedflare

I would like the option to place Google Adsense above the post footer of the first post (in basic templates) but NOT through Feedflare. This should have 2 advantatges over FeedFlare:

- Avoid the problems some Feedburner users are having with Adsense not being displayed using FeedFlare or, once displaying, difficult to remove (I'm one of the affected users, the problem has been going on for months and Google has been unable to resolve the issue so far).

- Allow bloggers to customize Google Ads in the footer as if they were on the side bar. Instead of the default sizes that Google Ads have on Feedflare, bloggers could choose the type of Ad (skyscraper, banner etc.) they want.
