How do I insert code in the HEAD section of my blog?
I just switched my blog from an advanced template to a basic template and I was wondering if there is any way I can insert a piece of code (script) in the head section of my blog to get Google Ad Manager to run on my blog (they require me to add code in the <head> section).</head>

Inappropriate?Hello Tamara, try this one. First, go to your Weblogs>Design>Content and then
click on the pencil icon of your Blog footer.
Then switch to advance. after you have switch to advance, place this code on the box. to get the code im pertaining to,please visit this link

im sorry i cant put it directly here because its an html code and it wont show up here.
Just read all the instructions in the link i gave you. trust me it will do.
also dont forget to add this code as well.
#banner {padding-top: 110px;}
that will increase the height so that the ads wont cover your blog title and description. i hope that helps. -
I think you misunderstood my question: I need to put the code between the head tags of my blog - The ads will be displayed in the right column but I need to add some script to the head section of my blog -
Inappropriate?Hello Tamara, sorry if i misunderstood your question. So you want your adsense ads to show up at the top of your banner or weblog name and description?
if that is your query then i guess i have found the answer.
I have made a test with my blog just for you and its working.
please check: http://homeaffiliate.typepad.com/
if that's the result you want, then all you have to do is to follow the same
guidelines i gave you and then add this code #banner {padding-top: 110px;}
in your custom CSS stylesheet.
please note that CSS stylesheet function is only available to pro and above subscribers. If you're a basic plan then its not possible to do all this.
you can modify the px for the results you want. i hope this solve your problem already. feel free to contact me if you still have more questions. Im acting like a support now lol..
