My email has been hijacked
Inexplicably my email address within my account settings reverted to an old email address and I can not change it back. I now worry that my account information is no longer secure and have the added hassle of having my comments in the last place I want to use to respond to them.
I openned a help ticket, was told that the issue was fixed even though it hasn't been fixed. Considering that this is a paid blogging platform, I expect better service.

We replied on your help ticket so as not to reveal any of your personal information here at Get Satisfaction. Your account has not been hijacked or compromised. Rather, an older email address of yours was still stored in the database and due to a bug was displayed as your profile address rather than the current email address. We have fixed the underlying bug and are working to clear out the incorrect information.
