Strange Links showing up in blog
I'm having problems with my posts creating links where there should not be any. If you go here: http://redeasel.typepad.com/red_easel... you will see that the text below the painting is linked. If you click it on, it takes you to another section of the blog. This link is not visible in the "Rich Text" are of the post or in the "HTML" section either. Strange. Hope you can fix this - soon. I'm having some odd problems with TypePad in the last few days.

You have incomplete links in the REMagazineCovers TypeList. They need the closing </a> tag.
Here's how I investigated:
I noticed that all of your elements after a certain point in the blog had the same link - usually this points to an unclosed link. I looked at your source code for the first mention of the URL in the code and saw the TypeList had incomplete HTML.
Hope this helps!

Inappropriate?Yay Andy! I found the problem in the REMagazineCovers Typelist that you found and I fixed it. Thank you Andy! Now, I really need help with the posts in the Artist Directory that have not been fixed: Letter "X" and "Y" still have the strange linking of the text. "I" "K" "Q" and "U" seem to be fixed. Thanks!
Oh, and I had the question about the comments not showing up on either of my blogs. That's a biggie. Can't figure out what's going on there.
You're the best, Andy! Thank you so much for your prompt attention to this and your help!

Inappropriate?Susan,
What question did you have about comments not showing on your blog? Which blogs are these and what specifically is happening? -
Inappropriate?Hi Kimmie. On both of my blogs: "Raisin Toast" at www.raisin-toast.com and "Red Easel" at www.redeasel.com if you go to any post, you will see the number of comments on that post, however, if you click on "Comments" you will go to the post with the comment section below it, but no comments from previous readers are visible. I get the comments in my email but they are not showing up on my posts.
Thanks for looking into this, Kimmie.

Inappropriate?Hey, don't forget about the strange links question - I'm still having that problem.
Thanks! -
Inappropriate?Susan,
Looks like Andy already opened a Support ticket on your behalf. It's best to open a Help ticket when issues look to be like bugs rather than a general how-to-item. GetSatisfaction is a community forum for sharing ideas with other members & employees, showcasing hacks and providing support to users who are having trouble setting up or customizing their blogs. But direct tech support comes from the Help ticketing system because the Support team has the ability to access your blog and investigate further, whereas other employees and members do not.
Thanks,
Kimmie
