Why can't I find the blue navigation bar so that I can design my blog??
am not able to find the blue tabs for the blog section--design etc. just have the green tabs at the top -- 'dashboard'; 'blogs' (w/a drop-down menu that says 'add a blog'); 'my name'; 'account'; 'help'; and 'sign out'. please advise. where are they?

Inappropriate?You need to select a blog first. Click on the blogs drop-down menu and find the blog that you want to edit. Then you will be taken to the blog overview page where the Design tab is.

Inappropriate?This does not answer the question for me. As Sally said, the "Blogs" drop-down tab just gives the choice of "Add a blog". It does not list my blog.

Inappropriate?Hello Guys, Like what miss Kimmie said, you need to choose a blog first which you want to edit or do anything with. Here's a graphical guideline and i hope this will help.
After You log-in to your account, you will land on your dashboard.
click on the word "Blog" and then there will be a dropdown with the list of your blog. Then Select one which you want to edit.
Next:
After you've selected a blog, you will then see the following functions
in this case we want to edit our design right? Just simply click on "design" and that's it.
