How to visit blogs seen on skribit
As I'm browsing new suggestions on skribit, sometimes I'm curious about the blogs that these suggestions are coming in for. Everytime I click on the name of a blog, it either brought me to the suggestions for that blog or the skribit user profile of the blog owner. It would be nice to:
1. Be able to click through to a blog while we're surfing around skribit.
2. Be able to see a list of all the blogs currently using skribit.
I realize this would amount to free advertising for the blogs, but it's frustrating to read all about these blogs on skribit and not be able to click through to them. Open them in a new window at least!

Inappropriate?thanks for this comment scott. Would you like some page that lets you browse blogs and sort/filter them by # of suggestions, # of blogged suggestions, and so on? And also a similar page but just for searching through suggestions?
-
Inappropriate? The options you mentioned above would definitely be cool. It would be interesting to see how active different blogs are on skribit. Especially a column that counts the number of suggestions that have been blogged.
A quick fix might be to add a link to the blog on this page: http://skribit.com/blogs/problogger
I can click on the blog owner's name, but that takes me to his skribit profile. Clicking on the name of his blog in his skribit profile brings me back to the page linked above.
On the page linked above, there's the text: "Your Suggestion for ProBlogger:", and "ProBlogger" links to the page I'm on. Maybe that could link to the actual blog? Or the link could go under the "Owned by:" line? -
Inappropriate?on the "blogged" page, you can see the link to the article. However, if you go to the page with discussion about the suggestion on it, there is no link to the blog/article/post mentioned.
-
Inappropriate? There actually is a link to the blog on that page, but it is not being rendered on the page properly (you can see it if you select drag the area just below the dark blue bar). Unfortunately, we made this change at the last minute, and it seems to only look right in Safari.
As for linking back to the blog more; we definitely want to do a better job of promoting our bloggers. We just need to figure out how to best show that link - the suggestion link is pretty crowded as it is.
I’m happy

Inappropriate?I just got lots of emails from skribit saying that someone had blogged a suggestion- I went to see it- landed on the skribit page- fine. Couldn't actually go see the blog article it was talking about- LAME.
Like all issues, it hurts more when it actually affects you.
I’m disappointed

Hey Alison, can you forward me one of those emails? calvin at skribit dot com. Thanks! -
check your email, Calvin- it's sent. -
looks like it's part of the (one off) upgrade bug. (mentioned here: http://skribit.com/blog/2008/06/22/ne...) -
Inappropriate? We rolled out some site changes a couple of weeks ago, including showing the URL more prominently on the Blog Profile Page:
I’m wishing everyone a happy 4th!
