i got the promo code , i applied it to get the PRO account , and it said tahts its Valid , but im still at the Free Plan !!!! :(

Hi Greg - I believe this is a known issue we are working on - do you live outside of the United States? We have a bug with Amazon and international users. Give me your username and I'll give you some complimentary Pro months until we have this all fixed! -

I see in my dashboard that I am a Pro user twice. Shouldn't it be there only once. Just wanting to make sure I am not getting billed 2x.
Also, how do I get the Skribit logo off my suggestion tab. I want to keep "Suggestion?" there but don't want the logo

As for the logo - that is currently not possible with the graphic we use. There is an advanced installation method on the customize page under "Advanced Customization" for utilizing your own link to trigger the suggestions tab. We are currently working on providing more white label solutions so paying customers do not have our logos on the widgets/tabs/et cetera. I have made a note of your name and will personally let you know when we roll these changes out.

Inappropriate?one more thing. I clicked to moderate suggestions. I had my admin type in a suggestion. A box told her it was to moderated. She clicked the box to clear and then I had her go back in and open the tab and there her suggestion was in the column. I never moderated it and it appeared.
Am I doing something wrong...or does it always show. If so, that really defeats the purpose of the moderation. I don't want to have people put up "indecent" or "stupid" stuff. Can you let me know how to proceed.

Inappropriate?Fixed! And yes the point of moderation is so that these suggestions don't show up - something that we do throughout the site but seems like it fell through the cracks when I added the ability to change sort order on the suggestions tab last month.
