Readers submitting comments rather than suggestions...
Going through the suggestions list on Skribit, it seems like a lot of blog readers are misinterpreting what the Skribit widget is for. It's being used as a general feedback device, ie:
"Please, stop trying to force which browser I am using."
"Hi ..Good start up keep it up "
"Congrats on hiring Morrison Manchester. She is world famous"
I don't know what the solution is to this, but if there are any ways to clarify what the suggestion box is, it could be helpful.
Lest there be any confusion, this isn't a complaint, just an idea that I think (after all the important stuff is taken care of) ought to be addressed.

Inappropriate? This is a problem we are facing as well - I guess the basic "solution" is for us to ramp up our marketing efforts and get the word out there so more people know what we do and how to use us. We usually encourage new users to blog about Skribit on their site so their users know what it is, but that doesn't always work.
Perhaps we can detect new IPs we've never seen before, or users without our cookies and display a custom message that the user sets - like perhaps a link to their post about Skribit or a link to a yet-to-be-made Skribit page that clearly says what it is and how to use it?
Thoughts?
Best,
Paul

Inappropriate? You can also customize the call-to-action text (What should I write about?) if you think it's not clear enough.
You can do this from our website, by selecting your blog under Manage, choosing the Regular Sidebar Widget integration method, and changing the Header Text under the customize section. Be sure to click Save Customization button to save your changes.
