Inappropriate?This is a great idea. Think about it. The use of anonymous suggestions can be abused too easily. Also, I highly doubt most blog readers will bother to use the widget if they have to login so the best of both worlds for the end user as well as the blog author would be for suggestion moderation.

Inappropriate?Well, I only discovered Skribit the other day so I'm not completely sure what the service offers. However, sounds like adding that to the pro feature account would be a nice boost to Skribits business model :) How much is a pro account and what other features are part of that package?

Inappropriate?We're working on the list of PRO features. It's a delicate balance of what to make PRO.
As for pricing, we definitely want to keep it reasonable with respect to existing similar services. We're thinking it'll be a yearly plan, comparable to some of the upgrades users get from WP.com
