Cannot locate network on ITOUCH

I am using a free wifi network. As of today I can no longer find any network at all. They do not even come up as option. I have WI-Fi on, Join Networks on. I have alreadt reset network settings and this did not work. It just states WI-Fi not connected. I cannot reset router or anything like that as it is Free Public WI-FI. I can access that Network on Laptop, just not my Itouch.
