Correct encrypted WLAN position
In our building is a restaurant with an encrpyted, private WLAN that has recently moved. My iPhone now always puts me in another part of town, where the restaurant used to be.
Any way I can find out the MAC of the encrypted WLAN in order to submit it to Skyhook?

Inappropriate?Use a utility like netstumbler (google it). The network reports the MAC regardless of security.

Inappropriate?Yes you can use netstumbler to see the mac address of that wireless access point. Then you can submit the APs new location with our tool and it should update you no problems.
