Inappropriate?I know why now. It may be that the linksys routers have mare than one mac addresse. One Wireless (00:12:17:C0:A0:93) and one LAN (00:12:17:C0:A0:91) and one for the Router (00:12:17:C0:A0:92). I just figured it out.

They actually have 3 LAN (local network), WLAN (Internet), and WLAN (Wi-Fi)
We need the WLAN MAC address. Did you use a program to discover the broadcasted MAC address? -
Inappropriate?I did use a program on my IPOD to see the :93 address. And a MAC Address Discovery Tool from my PC. to see the :91 address. Both done via Wireless connection. I never plug my PC in the the wired.
-
What program? -
Inappropriate?WiFiTrack on the IPOD and Solarwinds Engineers Toolset on the PC.
-
WifiTrak will give you the WLAN MAC address. Its a handy little program. -
Inappropriate?Yes, I like it as well. It is a good little tool for finding WiFi.
-
If you submit your WLAN MAC address before tomorrow afternoon i can get it into the database for next weeks update -
