skype: does a person i removed from my contacts see me?
If i removed a person from my contacts list - but not blocked him - can he see when i'm online/ change my status message/ picture?
or does he always see me as off-line and with the picture/ status I had at the moment of removing him?

You will need to block the person and then either leave the person blocked or unblock; following these steps will make the person see your status as either constantly offline or with a question mark meaning that you have not authorized the person in your contact list. but can you tell me then - i have had this problem in a few cases - i don't see a person who used to appear very frequently a few months long, i see his/her status as it used to be a few months before, and his/her picture has just disappeared (no ? sign, but this "facebook guy" appears).
what does it mean? -
How can you make yourself seem as if you're offline to a single contact without blocking them (so that the question mark doesn't show)? Will this be accomplished by deleting them?

If you block a person and then unblock them, what do you have to do so that your status appears again (and not the question mark) in their contact list? also, i am using the mac version!

Inappropriate?Yes, it is normal behavior. If the contact was never simultaneously online with you for the past 21 days has not logged into the system from his/her PC. Both his profile and avatar information are deleted in such a scenario. They will reappear should the contact sign in again into the system and you happen to be online at the same time. Hope this clarifies it. Please let me know should you require more help or information.

That seems not right. If you block a person then unblock it, that person can still call you even you only allow call from your contact list. I did that several times, and that is the behavior.
