Inappropriate?I'm a big fan of Audio Hijack Pro: http://www.rogueamoeba.com/audiohijac... You can record from ANY source on your Mac, including streaming audio programs. Not only does it have EQ, but it will break up audio into separate tracks based on pauses. It also has one-click recording of Skype, iChat a few other apps. Seriously, this will open up new doors to perception!

Inappropriate?Thanks folks. Both of those tools look great--Audio Hijack is really, really full-featured but Call Recorder is beautifully simple and focused. Tough choice.
