How long does it take for my online number to become active?
Hi, I signed up for an online number.
When I go to "setup online number" in my control panel, I see the number I signed up for under reserved numbers, like this:
Number Location Reserved for Status
(503) 616-4480 United States, (503) | Beaverton 15 days Processing
It's been this way for several days (been counting down from 19 days. Will it be another 2 weeks before my number becomes available?

Inappropriate?Depending on how you paid for your online number, it can take a while for that payment to be processed – you can find out processing time estimates on the Skype website.
However, if the suggested time has elapsed, please give me a shout and I’ll investigate. -
Inappropriate?Looking at this further, I am finding that the number is reserved, but I have not paid yet. I have the option of paying for the subscription to the online number service. I have to drill-down through about 3 pages to get there, and thought I remembered going through a process to purchase the new service, so that's why I was confused.
I would suggest to make the action associated with hyperlinks on these account pages clearer, and to reduce the depth of pages the user must go through to complete actions.
