I Rarely am as Satisfied with a Service as I am with Skype

I've been using Skype for quite a while, as well as Skype-In and Skype-Out services, and so far, I've been very delighted with it. Certainly, the quality of calls varies, and from time to time, there have been problems, but in general, I've found Skype to be one of the best subscription values I've come across, and particularly in the area of international calling, it has revolutionized how I keep in touch. My only fear is that, as the company matures, it may depart from its simple utility and customer-oriented focus.
