Monochrome menubar icon

One of the great things about OS X apps is the consistent ui. This includes the monochrome icons in the menubar. However Skypes green menubar icon sticks out like a sore thumb. Can we please have the option of a monochrome menubar icon for OS X?

I hate this green "thing" up in the menubar. That icons doesn't fit in Snow Leopard Menu Bar Look & Feel...

Please change them, it isn't a big deal...
