I'm truly sorry for the inconvenience. Presently we are making changes in the BCP. From now on accounts created within the control panel itself can receive numbers, and we'll gradually exclude personal accounts from the BCP.

You either add the contacts one by one to the new account; or you create a backup for the contact list on the existing account which you can reload in the new account.
