password on emailaccount...but no access?!

How strange is that, that if I forget my password, you guys send me an email on my account (which is actually the common procedure, but in this case...) with the password, but to read my email I need internet access...you could probably give at leaast a couple of minutes to change the password for free or use a other syster?!
