Can I create a webinar with SlideShare?

I would like to be able to show someone a PowerPoint presentation that I have a slideshare while talking to them on the phone. I would also like to be able to control when when we both move to the next slide on our respective computers. I guess this is like a webinar. Can I do this with slideshare?

I have ppt slides with hyperlinks in the text but the links get stripped off when uploaded. Links have worked OK in the past. I can't see any obvious way to solve this

I found that slideshare did a great job of importing my presentation except that the embedded font I used was lost.

PowerPoint makes me sad, and Keynote makes me happy, but last time I checked I couldn't upload my Keynote file into your system. Little help?
