I run a commercial website in the design industry. I added a slideshow about architecture from slideshare.com. It says on it "privacy info: this slideshow is public". It has been downloaded 98 times. I wasa ctually alerted to the document as a mate sent it by e mail so it clearly "out there".
The company which made the slideshow has now emailed me to say that I cannot add it to my site as it "got into the public domain by mistake".
Question is am I OK to add it to my site or not?
