    The "Add Comment" Link is Missing Last reply on July 02, 2008 15:15.

    Why is there no "add comments" on my new slideshow? The option to add comments appears on my other shows and also the transcript. This one has neither.

    Help! The Slideshare site is currently unaccessible. No one can get onto the main site--even the public page is password protected.

    I don't succeed to upload my picture in my profile. It apperas blank with a red x. I would apreciate help.

    Share emails by Guests not being sent Last reply on June 02, 2008 13:40.

    When I am not logged in to Slideshare or others are not, the email to share a slideshow with a friend appears to be processed but never goes though to the recipient. If I am logged in the email reaches it's destination just fine. Why won't it go through when shared by a guest, even if they fill out the form correctly, including special characters, etc. This may not be a problem when sharing from within the player itself. But it never works when using the Share link on the webpage even though it looks like everything works and a confirmation message is provided.

    Slidecast Embed Last reply on June 02, 2008 10:50.

    I recently made a slidecast. When I play it on Slideshare it works fine. When I try and play it (and other slidecasts) embedded on a wiki, it will not play the audio. Any ideas? Am I doing something wrong or will this eventually fix itself?

    cant get upload to work - am i stupid? Last reply on April 16, 2008 09:55.

    i would like to use the slideshare api to upload a ppt file on demand.. but i keep getting the following error message:
    <slideshareserviceerror>
    <message>6: Slideshow file is not a source object</message>
    </slideshareserviceerror>

    new slideshow won't load

    Uploaded slideshow and a thumbnail is visible, but when I click on the thumbnail the circular animation indicating that it's loading goes on for an extended time. I can download it, but not view it. It's set as private, but I'm logged into my account and also have a secret url.

    Hi guys!
    I'm currently unable to convert my Slides (normal ppt). First it worked but once I tried to update it stoped, also for every new attempt (e.g. http://www.slideshare.net/Helpedia/so...). My slides are now converting since 7 hours+ although some are only one word (for testing).

    My fault, or did you crrently face any problems?
