Can there be more privacy with embedded presentations?
I am considering using slideshare in an educational context embedding presentations into a password protected Virtual Learning Environment. For that reason I would like the option of having a player that at least did not offer up the embedding code to the students.

Inappropriate?Hmm. You can either turn embedding off (and no one including you can embed it), or you can keep embedding on (and then anyone can embed it). There is no in between option.
You do find out if the document is embedded anywhere. So if you keep embedding on and tell everyone not to embed it anywhere. If they do embed it, you will find out (click on the stats link on the slideview page, it will show you a list of sites where slideshow has been embedded). -
Inappropriate?Hi, I have the same request. We also have educational slideshows we would like to share with the world on slideshare and by embedding on our website ( with unrestricted access), BUT would like to restrict others from embedding the slideshows elsewhere.
This is important to us, as we would not want the material to be presented out of context or have potentially unwanted associations.
