Can't Upload a PPT (24MB) - Hangs on "Sending Request"

Can't upload a PPT (24MB) - it just hangs in the Upload "Sending Request". I had this uploaded and mashed up with Audio. Then I wanted to fix the PPT. For 2 days, I've tried uploading to no success.
