options, options?

Let me control the actions that can be taken around the content. What are the options of the player? I know about &rel=0 which is a good start but what else can I do?

1) Let me select where the share-email button leads my viewers,
ie: I want people to go to my site www.myurl.com

2) Let me turn on/off the Full screen from the embedded use.
