Slideshare goes to buffering or paused when skipping slide with audio

We have setup a Slideshare with audio. But, it does not work well. If someone playing the presentation skips a slide (tries to advance ahead), we just get a buffering message or "paused." And, the system never gets going again. Basically useless.

Is this really what the Slideshare audio system is like? It is a shame, because it seems like a nice system -- except it simply won't work correctly.
