Stuck with no place to go! My slides are not showing in public or private folders

my slides are successfully uploaded and then get stuck for hours in the conversion process. There is no way for me to check on the status except to see that it is not in my private or public areas

I’m looking forward to having this solved!

Hi,

We had some temporary problem in our conversion serversas a result of which the conversions have got delayed ; that's since been rectified.. You should get your slides in your profile within the next few hours
