Taking over seven hours to create a slidecast
I provided a link to an mp3 file to associate with my slides. The page has told me that the url is being processed. It has taken over seven hours so far to process the file.
There is no way to abort this process or to try a new file. As far as I can tell, I'm going to have to abandon all of the work I've done on this slide (adding comments to each slide containing presenter notes) and start over.
Can anyone help fix this issue? I've submitted support feedback as well, but I was hopeful that maybe I was missing some way to abort this that others had seen.

Inappropriate?All of the slideshows are currently private in my account. My account is grigs. I've tested several different recording versions of the mp3 to try to see if the file size was the issue. None of them are working.
